Sarah Gayton

Sarah has worked with the National Federation of the Blind of the UK for the past 9 years raising safety and accessibility concerns on street designs for blind, deaf-blind and visually impaired pedestrians. She has used film and media to give blind and visually impaired people a voice to highlight the dangers of street designs that ignore accessibility features required for safe and independent accessibility for blind and visually impaired pedestrians and bus passengers. Her background is in environmental protection and she has worked in the UK and overseas in this field, as well as having gained experience in running her own artisan bakery business.
